Oo — same lang gaya ng pagtanggap ng LGU sa report na gawa sa Excel o STAAD. Ang BaseShear gumagawa lang ng calculations; ikaw, ang licensed engineer, ang mag-rereview ng every sheet, tapos mag-sisign at mag-sesell ng report gamit yung PRC number mo. Ang professional responsibility para sa analysis nananatili pa rin sa PRC license holder, hindi sa software. Sinusunod ng output format yung mga report na naka-approve na ng LGU.
Hindi — pinapalitan niya yung mga araw pagkatapos ng STAAD. I-upload mo lang yung model figures at output mo; kino-compute ng BaseShear yung NSCP code checks (base shear, wind, load combinations, RC member design) at ina-assemble lahat into formatted report.
